We are searching for a Junior Home Insurance Advisor to join a large insurance brokerage with offices in Dublin or Cavan. This position is suitable for a candidate with 6+ months experience in household insurance and can be based in either Dublin or Cavan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound phone lines, providing excellent support to all customers.
- Up-sell and cross-sell effectively over the phone.
- Work towards sales targets.
- Effective time management to meet and exceed goals and tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
- 6+ months experience working in a home insurance role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable with high call volumes in a busy team environment.
- Interested in insurance with a strong desire to learn and further develop career.
- APA or CIP qualification (complete or in progress).
