An Outbound B2B Telesales Manager is sought to join this Credit Management company in Dublin 2, to create and train a strong Sales Team of Telesales Executives to book appointments for a team of Field Sales Consultants at decision maker level.
The organisation has offices in, Ireland, Scotland and England was established around forty years ago to support and assist all organisations and business that extend credit.

Salary: Basic + Commission, Bonus & Team Overide.
The Outbound B2B Telesales Manager position will include the following responsibilities:
– Management of a telesales team, you will be expected to lead from the front
– Generation of your own appointments and sales
– Recruitment and development of the sales team, including monitoring and motivating them to achieve their full potential
The ideal Outbound B2B Telesales Manager will possess the following skills and experience:
– Substantial experience as a Call Centre Manager / Telesales Manager / Team Leader / Contact Centre Team Manager or similar
– A proven sales track record and excellent negotiation skills
– A proven record of achieving targets
– Enthusiasm and exceptional people skills
– A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
– A high level of computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
