2 Telesales vacancies have become available - brand new roles within a well known retailer which will be initially working from home and then located in Dublin 12/22 when there is a return to office. These positions are offered on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, with excellent earning potential and an opportunity to really develop on your sales skills and earning potential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for account management and lead generation so B2B experience is required. There will be some inbound sales to tick you along, however we are looking for hungry and driven sales professionals who are looking to move away from the "traditional" telesales roles that often conjure up negative connotations, and perhaps would like to join a large company whereby you are given ample opportunity to succeed and have autonomy over your success. This will be a team of 2, and you will have interaction with Key Account Managers and customer support teams, but it also means you will have a national territory to look after, therefore expanding your scope to develop clients.
The product is rather nice - and the sale is very much based on relationships, ensuring you are keeping in contact with clients/accounts and becoming their "go to" as such. You will be provided training but it is important that you have outbound sales experience and are familiar with CRMs. You are customer/client focused and commercially aware and you must really enjoy speaking to people.
This role is targeted, there will be KPIs in place and you will be expected to perform, however all the tools and training will be provided and your previous experience will benefit you. It is not an aggressive, cold calling based role, but very much suited for someone who enjoys exceeding targets and forming relationships/growing a strong base.
Salary between €25 and €28k. Commission is volume based, up to €2k monthly, expectation to be earning a minimum of €1k additional within 6 months.
