Role Overview

Tactical Talent Recruitment is excited to partner with one of Europe’s largest providers of cleaning equipment. They are now seeking an experienced area sales manager based in Dublin to manage their existing dealer network across multiple counties.

This is a key sales role in their business and you will be tasked with meeting sales targets and margins in line with their sales strategy and targeting increased market penetration into user groups via the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

·         Sales and promotion of the company’s full range of products to all national accounts

·         Effective territory management of a large territory through journey planning and customer prioritisation

·         Grown existing accounts, retain key accounts and generate new sales

·         Be an expert in everything you sell

·         Effective and accurate use of CRM System

Person Profile

·         Tenacious in your attitude to sales

·         Area Field Sales Management Experience essential for this role

·         IT proficient – Used to using a CRM package on a daily basis

·         Full clean Driver’s Licence Required

·         Enthusiastic and positive personality with a proactive attitude to customers and customer service.

·         Experience selling cleaning equipment or tools a distinct advantage

The Package

·         Salary – up to €45k basic salary

·         Fully Expensed Company Car

·         Additional €15k commission OTE

·         Company Defined Contribution Pension Scheme

·         Death in Service Insurance
