THE COMPANY: Established over 50 years and with a multi-million turnover, this market leader in the electrical industry is enjoying some excellent growth, hence their current requirement for a new Internal Sales Representative in the Dublin area. They are the market leader in their industry and boast some impressive globally known brands in their portfolio.
THE ROLE: As the successful Internal Account Manager will be responsible for selling a range of electrical products, including power supply units, terminals, switchgear, surge protection, electrical meters and electrical tools, to name but a few categories. You will be dealing mainly with wholesalers and panel builders and to a lesser degree, M&E Contractors and end users directly. The role with be primarily account management, with majority of your calls being inbound inquiries. You will be responsible for orders, pricing, upselling, technical and product support along with exceptional customer service. This role is based in Dublin, so you must be within commutable distance. Working hours at 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The Person: The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in an internal technical sales role with strong customer-service and tele-sales skills. Strong office and administration skills are a distinct advantage. Market knowledge within the electrical industry is advantageous. Crucially the successful applicant will be confident, outgoing and keen to learn a technical product.
BENEFITS OF THIS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ROLE:
* Basic Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 DOE
* Pension and Healthcare after probation
