THE COMPANY: Our client is a market leading, established over 45 years ago! Specialising in smarter health and safety systems for businesses and schools, they work with the public sector �€“ mainly education, contractors, NHS and central government. 1 in 3 sales are converted, they conduct 4 weeks initial training, hold ongoing sales and product training on a quarterly basis as well as offering progression and fantastic earning potential! Leading the market in visitor management solutions for health and safety (visitor passes, ID cards etc) creating safeguarding for school environments and asset management solutions.
THE ROLE: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling specifically into the public sector, mainly targeting schools but would encourage more business from the NHS and government. This role involves prospecting new business within an existing account base, as well as identifying new leads. Building long term relationships with clients will be key, dealing with facility managers, business managers, financial directors, site managers and headteachers. You will be supported by a contact center who will book 10 meetings per week, passing leads for you to convert.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Must have sales experience B2B ideally
Strong B2C sales background if not B2B, must be face to face
Basic Salary: �‚�34,000 �
