Company overview – Tactical Talent is delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland’s leading renewable energy businesses who are seeking a Sales Administrator for their back-office team in Dublin 12.
Job Overview – You will be one of the main points of contact between the field sales team, customers and a number of professional regulatory bodies. Reporting into the Office Manager as part of a small team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating everything related to the sales activities of the business.
· 8 hour working day with an early finish on Fridays
· Monday to Friday with flexibility offered around start and finish times
Key Responsibilities
· Taking calls and making calls to prospective customers who have already made enquiries (no cold calling)
· Updating CRM system with relevant notes to progress sales
· Liaising with relevant professional bodies in the energy centre
· Supporting the field sales team in passing on qualified leads
· Invoicing and general administration
Key Skills/Experience
· Outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
· Professional telephone manner
· Fluent English, spoken and written
· Fluent written and spoken English is essential
· Sales Administration Experience is an advantage
· Customer Service Skills as you will be dealing directly with inbound telephone enquiries
· Attention to detail in everything you do
· Strong organisational and administration skills essential
· Excellent Time Management skills
· Ability to work well as part of a team
· CRM Experience is preferred
Package on offer
· Annual basic salary of €28k to €30k
