THE COMPANY: Established over 20 years ago, this company is a market leader, specialising in total fit-out solutions for offices and washrooms within the commercial industry. They work on some of the largest commercial projects in Ireland, with orders ranging from €1M+. They are looking to expand their sales team and seek an experienced Specification Sales Manager to cover the Leinster region.

THE ROLE: You will join their existing sales team here in Ireland, offering their expert fit-out solutions to the Commercial market. You will be calling upon all the large enterprises in the Greater Dublin Area, dealing with the Architects, the Specifiers and the Main Contractors, to get your solutions specified into the large Commercial projects.

This role will be predominantly focused on new business, so you must have a strong hunter mentality, with the relevant contacts within the industry to win new opportunities for the client.

THE PERSON: To be considered for the role, specification sales experience is a must-have, with relevant contacts within the architects and main contractors. Fit-out experience is desirable but not essential. You will be a personable but professional and polished individual, who is resourceful, reliable and has strong commercial acumen.

THE PACKAGE:

* €50,000 – €60,000 Base Salary DOE
* €30,000 OTE
