This company have a tight-knit national sales team who are now adding an additional sales rep to the Dublin and North Leinster area to focus on new business in the hair salon sector.
Job Overview –This is a great opportunity to grow your career with an ambitious forward-thinking business with an aggressive growth strategy. You will have the opportunity to sell some of the most prestigious brands on the market in haircare and will typically be selling into business owner’s in a consultative style. Most of these premium brands are distributed exclusively. You will be on the road 5 days a week managing your own sales pipeline so you must enjoy getting out and meeting your customers on a daily basis!
Key Responsibilities
· Grow existing accounts by nurturing relationships with key decision makers (35% of your role)
· Target new business accounts (65% of your role)
· Represent the company’s brands as a Brand Ambassador
Key Skills/Experience
· Proven sales track record in the beauty, cosmetics or hair sector is an advantage
· Excellent B2B Field Sales track record in any industry essential – Minimum 3 years
· Highly level of organisation and time management skills
· Outstanding communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills

Package on offer
· Basic salary up to €45k – (OTE of €30k)
· Uncapped commission structure with a percentage of everything of you sell
