Purpose of the role:
- To provide administration support for CDO team across different locations
Major Accountabilities:
* Provision of administrative support to the department which will include diary management for the team, coordinating meetings, event organisation, minute taking, arranging travel, monitoring and reconciliation of courier account and preparation of expense reports
* Assist with presentation preparation, documentation handling and other administrative activities
* Support department on-boarding and off-boarding
* Organise and coordinate customer visits and other events as required
* Ensure adherence to company compliance and data protection standards
Key Performance Indicators:
* Customer satisfaction from various teams
* Technical (i.e. documentation) & process competence and compliance
* Timely and proper execution of activities
* Productivity targets for travel cost reduction
* Accuracy of reporting
Ideal Background:
* Commercial training e.g. other vocational qualification but must have excellent administrative skills/experience
* Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent experience
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Windows 7)
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Knowledge of other languages (e.g. German or French) an advantage
