Business Development Manager – Based Dublin covering Ireland & the UK

Due to continued expansion, they now require a truly consultative senior sales individual to help grow and develop the UK business.
Our client offers a bespoke digital transformation solution which requires only the very best in the market. Reporting directly to the CEO, your main responsibility will be to network, develop and grow the client base at midmarket/corporate level. The company is very well established and work to excellent processes therefore candidates with related knowledge can hit the ground running. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in developing corporate level accounts and be selling a solution-based offering i.e. software, web development, technology and infrastructure. We are looking for an impressive character with natural presence, switched on and able to think outside the box – a real hunter however not an aggressive salesperson. Over the next 18months the role will develop in to more of a Sales Director position with full autonomy for the sales strategy – please note candidates must be prepared to work in the business development role in the interim and not expect to manage a team or accounts in the meantime. Although based from Dublin, the role demands a high level of travel across the UK (and further afield) therefore commitment is needed. Attitude and character are key for this role and to be a good team fit therefore you will have an outgoing personality, good communication skills and a self-confident manner.
Salary - £60,000 (flexible)
OTE £120,000 + uncapped
Mileage allowance & Full Benefits package with potential share options available
