Basic Salary: 30-35k, Company Van, 2019 Ford Custom, Phone, laptop. Non-vouched daily lunch expenses €12.58, Annual bonus - based on performance, agreed in advance with no ceiling.

We are looking for a sales representative covering the Counties listed above, that will form two of the new, planned, HSE Health Boards. We provide a very wide range of medical products with emphasis on mobility, pressure care and aids for daily living.
We aim to continue our tradition of excellent customer service to ensure our reputation as a leading supplier is maintained and enhanced. This is an excellent opportunity to join an already successful team within a market leading company.
The role requires someone with drive, enthusiasm and empathy, as we are looking to maintain existing relationships as well as develop new long term partnerships. A winning, customer service focused mindset is more important than previous medical sales experience.

The successful candidate will be:
First point of contact for customers, develop strong and lasting relationships, present to professionals, demonstrate various medical products, report market feedback to Management, source new business and clients, be confident to problem solve independently, recognise that business is built firstly on integrity; that sales come secondary to our good name and relationships.
Finally, to understand that serving elderly and disabled clients requires someone with empathy, positivity and patience.
All our sales representatives are supported well by our customer service, marketing and logistics teams, as we all work towards the company goal of customer satisfaction and growth.
Full training and a thorough induction programme, including shadowing existing rep's, is supplied for those with no prior medical experience.
