Our client is a leading HVAC/refrigeration contractor. They are now looking for a number of Estimators with varying levels of experience to strengthen their Sales & Contracts Admin team.

As an Estimator, you will help to maximise sales of our client’s air conditioning and refrigeration solutions by preparing estimates and quotations.  

In this varied role, you will:  

- Appraise tender documents, RFPs and customer enquiries  
- Prepare budget estimates and cost plans  
- Manage the quotation process  
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gain competitive quotes  
- Research current market prices for subcontractors and materials 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need some experience or knowledge of the following:

- Managing and co-ordinating tendering and estimating activities  
- Working in a customer interaction role  
- CAD, BIM and Revit  
- Standard IT packages, such as Microsoft 
- Strong numeracy skills  

Reliable and proactive, as an Estimator, you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also be an adept problem-solver who can work on your own initiative.
