The team…

The Customer Value Management team is a newly formed 9 person team lead by the CVM manager and comprising of the Customer Retention Team (where this role sits) and the Data & Insights Team.

The focus of the Customer Retention team is to The successful candidate will be an experienced campaign operations manager who is highly results driven, extremely organised, and always striving for continuous optimisations and process improvements.

You will work closely with teams internally and third parties to ensure success of retention campaigns.

You will have ownership of customer retention campaigns with support available from your colleagues and Creative & Digital Agencies.

Main Duties:

• Campaign Management:

o Manage existing retention campaigns which include: On boarding, Rewards, Upsell/Cross sell, Renewal, Save and Winback campaigns.

o Propose and develop new retention campaigns, based on insights, and ensure effective execution and ongoing management

• Analysis & Reporting:

o Manage existing customer value reports and dashboards

o Complete high level campaign analysis on a daily, basis looking to identify any customer trends, issues or process breakdowns and identify opportunities for improvement.

o Report and present on customer and campaign activity KPI’s

• Team work:

o Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of retention campaigns, gather new ideas and address any operational issues

o Share knowledge and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather new ideas and address any operational issues

o Support the Customer Retention Manager in developing, managing and implementing our retention strategy across all channels for the Domestic and Commercial customer segments.

• Continuous Improvement

o Identify opportunities for process improvement in terms of increasing quality, efficiency and/or value in collaboration with key stakeholders in the sales and

marketing team.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement and promote best practice within your own team and to stakeholders

o Evaluate acquisition quality

• Other

o Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the Irish energy market as well as competitor products and propositions.

o Involvement in relevant projects across the business as required.

The post will be offered on full time basis and will include an attractive benefits package,

be based in our offices at The Liberty Centre Blanchardstown Retail Park, Dublin 15

Essential Criteria:

• 3 years relevant experience

• Experience in end to end campaign management from concept right through to post campaign analysis

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Marketing

• Full clean driving license

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in working in or working closely with a contact centre or outbound sales teams

• Experience of working within the utilities industry

• Experience of working with Adobe Suit (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics)

• Strong analytical skills and Advanced Excel
