The Successful Candidate:

·         You must have experience in a similar role

·         You must have an excellent record of achieving targets

·         You must have excellent relationship building skills

·         You must be familiar with finance and insurance packages and have experience in selling these to customers

·         You must have the minimum competency requirements of the Central Bank to sell insurance and finance to customers and be familiar with the associated paperwork

·         You must be customer satisfaction oriented

 As the Business Manager your duties & responsibilities will include:

·         Managing customer experience and driving sales

·         Developing sales throughout the business

·         Take control of all insurance and financial aspects of the sales process

·         Negotiate insurance and financial agreements with both customers and financial intuitions
