With stores in Dublin and Prague, our client is passionate about delivering an incredible doughnut experience. Armed with unique recipes and the highest-quality ingredients, they have been delighting taste buds since 2016. They’re now looking for a Sales Co-ordinator / Account Manager to join their friendly team in Dublin.

As the Sales Co-ordinator / Account Manager, you will be tasked with growing and enhancing our client’s bakery business through the creation and development of strong customer relationships.

Liaising with customers regarding events-based orders such as weddings and corporate functions, you will manage the sales process through to completion and process customer orders accurately.

You’ll identify new potential customer and business opportunities, deal with customer requests via the phone, email and live chat. You’ll also interact with customers in a face-to-face capacity when they visit the store in George’s Quay.

Additionally, you will:

- Communicate customer orders to relevant areas of the business
- Oversee all individual requests including branding, personalisation, stands and delivery
- Build a database of previous orders and keep track of sales
- Develop sales reports and build a database of customers to foresee potential repurchases

So, is this the role for you? If so, you will need:

- At least two years’ experience of working in a customer-facing role
- Good administrative skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Creative, customer-focused, committed and organised, as the Sales Co-ordinator / Account Manager, you’ll need excellent communication skills, a team player mentality and strong negotiation skills. The ability to prioritise will be key, as will a deadline-focused approach, plenty of common sense and a logical thought process.

Experience with wedding planning or corporate events would be beneficial to your application.
