You will need experience within a recruitment role - ideally within the Industrial sector or similar.

* All Permanent Vacancies
* All Temporary vacancies from discussing the brief with the hiring manager to the recruitment of candidates
* Building robust relationships with all stake holders
* Supplier review meeting Weekly /Monthly with all stakeholders
* Performance Management
* Disciplinaries
* Arranging of training
* Compliance
* Payroll

Candidate must have the following

* Ability to work Mon - Fri
* Industrial recruitment beneficial
* Speak fluent English
* Experience dealing with HR issues
* Driven and Ambitious
