Role Title: HR Generalist
Main duties and responsibilities:
* HR transformation project – move to Prague
* Review of all Nimbus processed to ensure they reflect local and are aligned where possible with global.
* Main point of contact for the NGSC on the project team
* Completion of all Change of Terms forms / letters /admin for HR Business Partners.
* Onboarding
* Local coordinator and facilitator of NGSC wide onboarding
* Participant on the new NBS onboarding project
* Potential to be one of the lead facilitators for a Global Virtual onboarding
* Administration of all non-HR ops supported onboarding letters, benefits etc..
* “Managing at Novartis” Trainer
* Facilitator of the weekly HR Clinic
* NGSC Site payroll coordinator
* Coordination of the monthly NGSC payroll report.
* Acts as a liaison between site HR, HR Ops and payroll to ensure compliant processing.
* Management Information and reporting coordinator
* Coordinates the monthly and quarterly business review requirements.
* Working with HR Ops in Prague to generate the required monthly reports from firstport
* Analysis of reports, highlighting trends, issues and opportunities.
* Core HR Time and Attendance system – site SME
* Act as the SME for the site on time and attendance system.
* Provide in-house training to all new starters and managers
* Site PKI administrator
* Process owner for Dublin NGSC and NBS Ireland.
* Procurement champion for HR
* Manage the good receipting and PO process for Crown Relocation and other HR vendors.
* Medmark POC
* Transition the Medmark process over to HR Operations – consider data privacy issues if applicable.
* Maternity Leave site POC
* Lead on Maternity policy review project
* Transition the current maternity POC role over to HR Ops when it moves to Prague.
* Train new HR Ops associates on the Irish legislation and requirements.
* Employee Engagement Champion
* Work with internal comms on site Capacity plan and engagement initiatives
* HR member of the site Philanthropy committee and CSR team.
* HR Member on the site Innovation Team.
* Other HR projects and initiatives as required.
