THE COMPANY: Our client, a global capital equipment manufacturer, are now looking for a Business Development Manager to cover Connacht and Leinster as they grow their Irish sales team. They dominate the market globally and are by far the market leader in their field.

They have well-established relationships built with many of the large Food and Beverage companies here in Ireland and have a reputation for high quality products and services.

THE ROLE: Working for the Irish operation, you will join a well-established and high performing sales team. You will be selling their full range of high-end packaging machinery solutions into the end-users dealing with production managers, design engineers, finance directors and procurement.

You will be covering Connacht and Leinster to uncover new business opportunities within the food process markets. This is a capital equipment sale with longer lead times and with average project vales ranging between €300-�1M.

Comprehensive product training will be provided.

THE PERSON: You will ideally come from a capital equipment sales background, with experience selling high-value products with a long lead time.

To be considered for the role you must be immaculately presented with a strong commercial acumen.

Traits for the ideal candidate include being a new business hunter with a strong work ethic, and the ability to nurture a fairly slow-paced sales process.

THE PACKAGE:

* €50,000 - €60,000 Basic salary
* €10,000 - €15,000 OTE
* Fully Expensed Company Car
