Telesales / Customer Service Administrator (Part Time or Full time available)
Kish Fish is in business for 50 years and supply seafood to the food service and catering industry in the greater Dublin Area. The successful applicant will be able to maintain and deliver an outstanding customer service and be responsible to drive our sales daily with our sales team. The ideal candidate must have experience in sales/telesales and show ability to hit sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Friendly telephone manner.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- At least 2 years sales AND customer service industry.
- Self-motivated and likes working in a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all orders are accurately processed on time and in accordance with process procedures.
- Achieve and increase consistent sales through a professional telesales.
- Assist, resolve and manage customer enquiries.
- Maintain customer database and other ad hoc administrative duties.
The hours are full time Monday to Saturday
