DACH Account Executive (SMB)

€38-40k base, €63k OTE

They are looking for 2 x self-driven, motivated Account Executives, who has a consultative sales approach, confident in delivering product presentations and has an ease at building relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You'll be single-handedly driving business across the DACH market, managing an inbound and outbound pipeline of sales opportunities across a large customer base.

You must have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of SMB inside sales OR business development experience, preferably with a SaaS solution
• Fluency in English and German
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• The ability to successfully manage a high volume of opportunities at all times
• The ability to thrive in a startup environment - you move quickly, think strategically and are superb at tactical execution
