Enthusiastic Retail Developer with a passion for craft beer required for leading brands within the FMCG industry. Previous experience selling within the multiples, convenience and independent channels is required.

The Role

  • To take ownership of territory KPI’s and strive to exceed these targets. 

  • Demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritise the steps you will take by outlet to achieve your goals over a defined time period.

  • To be able to articulate a clearly defined plan across the territory.

  • To educate accounts on the benefits of stocking Client products in their outlets and developing the range to gain additional space and share .

  • Professional use of the electronic sales presenter and brand tools.

  • Executes the period brief accurately and with pace.

  • To complete the Reach steps of the call in every call, demonstrating planning, preparation and evaluation of each call completed.

  • Observant in trade and communicates relevant observations effectively

  • Proactively contributes to team, sharing best practice with colleagues to drive team agenda.

  • Attends team meetings and conferences when required

  • Assists with the induction of new team members, when required.

  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating brand passion and knowledge.

  • Communicates openly and honestly in a team environment

  • Able to constructively communicate challenges and receive feedback

  • Shares successes and feeds back into CRSM to drive team productivity

  • Uses initiative to exceed KPI’s without compromising the communication into their line manager.

  • Constructively feeds back to CRSM around areas for improvement within the team / territory.

  • Captures, understands and uses insights of competitors or the marketplace.
