Due to increased growth, we are looking to recruit a number of Qualified Recruitment Consultants to join their dynamic and specialised team.  Working with a fantastic group of people, my client gives the tools and autonomy to be great at their job. Working with this client, recruitment is about growth, success and fun.  This consultancy is award-winning with a large number of their team as long service consultants and managers who have developed their careers within the business.

Your new role:

• ·     You will work with the senior leadership team across the business to understand long-term talent requirements for key clients
• ·     You will work with the consultancy team to ensure sourcing strategies and recruitment initiatives are working in accordance with requirements
• ·     You will have responsibility to oversee and drive recruitment programmes for the business
• ·     Drive innovation and creativity across all areas of recruitment
• ·     Development of the business, liaising with both candidate and client
• ·     Work on active vacancies, manage both candidate and client expectations
• ·     Achieve own sales targets, maintenance and development of the brand across Ireland
• ·     Be proactive in raising the company’s profile through regular networking activities and client meetings
• ·     Build close working relationships across the business
• ·     Use of Social Media and other tools to source suitable candidates as well as their extensive and well managed database
• ·     Ensure adherence to, and development of, appropriate administrative and operational         procedures. Ensure the integrity of database in terms of being current and complete
• ·     Any other duties as required

 You will be:

• ·      Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience
• ·      A minimum of 2 years’ agency experience
• ·      Experienced in stakeholder management and forecasting talent requirements
