The Successful Candidate:

·         You have experience leading a small Customer Service/ Sales Team in a Telesales Environment

·         You have excellent communication and organisational skills

·         You have excellent IT skills

As Sales & Customer Service Team Leader some of your duties & responsibilities will include:

·         Leading a team of 4 Customer Service Telesales Executives

·         Maintaining a high level of Customer Service

·         Ensuring all sales orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner

·         Managing KPI’s and reporting to higher management

·         Dealing with escalated customer complaints
