Team Leader New Business Sales, English (Google Adwords) - (Salary: €40K plus up to 30% Bonus)
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented innovative and modern Team Leader for a growing Digital Business Sales Team. As an innovative Team Leader, you provide direction, training and guidance within an International market to deliver high caliber sales performance for our global client.
Main Responsibilities
- Leading a team of business sales reps to achieve sales performance
- Performance management: mentoring, coaching, training, 1:1's
- Excellent sales skills, ideally knowledgeable about needs-based selling techniques
- Proven track record in leading teams in Telemarketing / Customer care
- Track record of driving a strong team performance with commitment to exceed targets, and ability to work under pressure
- Google AdWords / AdSense / AdMob / DoubleClick product knowledge
- Experience in website development and account management
- Maintaining communication and building relationships with Google stakeholders to understand needs and drive new strategies
- Highly organized with strong operational efficiency
- Proven ability to build strong relationships amongst key stakeholders quickly
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with strong academic record or 2+ years of People Management and Sales, customer care or equivalent experience
- Near Native-level English speaker with strong oral and written English.
- Online media industry and digital marketing knowledge such as Salesforce and Google products
- Strong verbal & written communication, and attention to detail: you have the ability to hold a confident and controlled conversation
- Ability to build relationships across multiple personalities across departments
- Track record of strong performance and commitment to exceed targets, and ability to work under pressure
- Highly motivated, energetic, you're a self-starter
