Inside Account Manager - D12

Our client requires an Inside Account Manager with call centre background to manage recurring orders. The role involves selling to an established client base, ongoing client maintenance and some new business activities.

You will receive training & ongoing support from established team members in a professional & pleasant work environment.

The salary is €22k + €6k commission plan (uncapped).

Key Responsibilities:

• Achievement of team targets as set out by the Sales Manager.

• Data entry & updating client record details into crm.

• Maintaining contact with existing clients on a frequent basis

• Follow up on customer inquiries / orders.

Candidate Profile:

• Some prior experience in customer service or sales.

• Naturally target driven and sales oriented.

• Bubbly personality with professional phone acumen.

• Good computer literacy skills.
