The role of Sales & Office Executive at MCD Home & Garden is to support sales, deliver outstanding customer service, be a point of contact for customers and manage admin/office duties.
To support sales
Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products you sell, full training will be provided.
Provide quotations, process payments, reply to email inquiries.
Support the goals and targets set out by company Director.
Ensure all sales/orders are processed on time.
Be the point of contact for all existing and new customers.
Call customers and organize the delivery schedule after sale is finalized.
Support management of company's social media pages, reply to messages, call back requests and emails
Must have experience working face to face with the public in a sales/customer service role.
Minimum 1-2 years in sales/customer service with a proactive and dynamic approach focused on sales or customer service.
Highly motivated to perform, reach sales goals and strive for excellence.
Must be an enthusiastic individual with admin skills, talent for selling, matched with a strong customer service skills. Goal driven, ambitious with a hunger to be successful. A desire to develop and progress within an expanding company.
Strong communicator, and have excellent listening and interpersonal skills. (fluent English required)
Energetic, self-motivated and persistent with “can do” attitude. Able to use your own initiative, you will be hard working, conscientious with strong motivational skills. Can work towards goals without constant supervision.
Enthusiastic when dealing with our customers on a day to day basis, by telephone, email and in person.
Good knowledge of word, excel, email, social media is essential.
