Our client, an Electronics supplier to the EMEA region based in Dublin 11, is looking for highly motivated Telesales Executive to join their growing sales team. They have an urgent need for Native French speakers. Another language is desirable, ideally Turkish or German. There is an attractive salary plus uncapped commission (year one OTE €50-65K) on offer for the successful candidate
As Telesales Executive, your duties & responsibilities will include:
· Taking phone orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Maximising cross-selling opportunities within each account
· Developing and managing strong customer relationships
· Seeking new business by prospecting through cold-calling
· Managing customer complaints and resolving them as efficiently as possible
· Providing excellent customer service at all times
The Successful Candidate:
· You have 2+ years telesales experience in a B2B environment
· You are a Native French speaker with 1 other European language, ideally Turkish or German
· You have experience working in a manufacturing company a distinct advantage
· You can work well on your own initiative and as part of a team
· You have excellent communication and organisational skills
· You have excellent IT Skills and an excellent multi-tasker
