Junior Receptionist – City Centre - €23k

Reporting to the Office Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver a professional and high standard of customer service to visitors

• Deliver a professional telephone service giving a positive impression of the company

• Maintain a clean, tidy, comfortable Reception environment.

• Provide an efficient meeting room service by recording meeting room bookings.

• Secure backup coverage during breaks.

• Update documents and undertake marketing administration tasks as assigned.

Skill-Sets:

• Possibly educated to degree/diploma level

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• 6 months experience in similar role

• Good IT skills

• A real team player who is motivated and ambitious
