THE COMPANY: Global manufacturer which dominates their industry. Our client continues to attract new customers they are now seeking to appoint a Specification Sales Representative. The successful candidate will have a role focusing on mainly Architects, Specifiers, fabricators and some main Contractors.
THE ROLE: Based in Leinster, Covering the 32 counties, the successful Business development manager will be acting in a specification-lead capacity, selling to architects, contractors and fabricators. This is predominately a new business role where you identify and win new project sales. A larger proportion of your business will come from the commercial market; however, you will work on some residential projects too.
THE CANDIDATE: We are looking for experience account managers who have a proven track record of selling the construction market, specifically with experience of the specification sale cycle. Ideally you will have worked for a manufacturer of building products such as windows, doors, roofing, cladding, Facias, insulation or any other related product. � You will be polished, driven and enjoying what you do. Your positive attitude coupled with you passion for specification sales will ensure you achieve your targets and drive the business forward.
