This Global multinational leading the way in the digital world is hiring a Customer Success Manager for customers in the Benelux regions. Your role will involve, assessment of current relationships, understanding opportunities for expansion and addressing any areas of pain. Working with the customer to understand their business and their plans going forward. Produce a roadmap to success for each client. Work with other divisions to ensure cross selling opportunities are utilised.
Its essential you have native level Dutch language skills with no less than 5 years in a customer focused environment with a track record of achievement of targets and goals.
