• Generate, develop, manage, and close a solid sales pipeline (from cold leads) to consistently meet and
exceed quarterly quota
• Focusing on SME primarily Dublin and surrounding counties, rapidly identify industry and market opportunities
• Negotiate pricing and business terms with large commercial organisations, business owners and SME’s
• Regularly engage with existing clients to maintain a healthy long term relationship
• Analyse client feedback to improve and adapt the sales strategy
• Generate proposals, prepare quotations, plan customer meetings and perform a need analysis
• Attend networking events
• Work closely with the management team on marketing activity to drive the sales function

• Strong Sales background with IT Sales an advantage but not essential
• Proven ability to generate new leads from cold and drive business development
