About the Role
Holland TCS are Ireland's leading supplier of Health and Safety Training, Consultancy and Service to public and private industry nationwide. As our new Sales Executive, your tasks will include the following:
• Achieve maximum sales profitability by effectively selling training courses to prospective customers through relationship-based approach.
• Target new business.
• Increase market share in safety, corporate and management training.
• Identify new opportunities to drive business.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organisation.
• Build customer loyalty through effectively meeting customer’s requirements.
Essential Skills:
• A strong and proven track record within a Sales role.
• Excellent communication skills and people skills.
• Strong reporting skills with a proven track record in delivering in a target driven environment to specific KPIs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to use their own initiative.
• Fluency in English
Desirable Skills:
• Proven sales success within the training/consultancy sector.
