What will you do in this Job?
As part of the customer service team, you will be responsible all incoming calls from the German market with the overall aim of trying to convert each call into a successful sale. Where it is possible you will need to take advantage of each opportunity to sell further company products and services to customers, not forgetting to follow-up with each customer in a timely manner in order to deliver the best customer service. Work on both personal and team targets with the goal of over achievement (we’re after the right attitude & personality).

Who are we looking for?
For this customer service job, we are looking for you to have a near native level of German and a good level of English (keeping in mind that both languages will be an asset during the interview process). You have excellent communication skills in both languages (written & oral) and it would be great If you had 6 months – 1 year’s previous experience in Sales and or customer service.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this customer service job will require you to sit a language assessment (German + English) and phone interview and if successful a face-to-face interview here in Dublin.
In terms of Salary and benefits, you can expect to earn a basic salary and monthly bonus which will have you earning €25,000 inc. bonus. There is a relocation package and great benefits such as canteen, gym, discount on health insurance and pension schemes.
