Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager to support, motivate, and develop 4 Field Sales Managers in the region (Leinster). They have one of the largest field sales presences in Ireland and offer world class training and development to ambitious professionals.   

Job Description

Leading a team of Field Sales Managers and providing support and guidance to their teams. Motivating your teams to achieve and exceed targets including designing initiatives to drive performance on a regular basis

Delivering business critical KPIs in the following areas:

-          Sales per rep per day

-          Resourcing and recruitment levels

-          Minimising cancellation rates

-          Working closing with the National Sales Director and senior management team

-          Reporting daily and weekly with your regional stats 

Person Specification

-          Experience of management within Field Sales

-          Very strong leadership experience

-          Bags of charisma & a vibrant personality 

-          Very reliable with the ability to work autonomously

-          Goal focused and driven to deliver results

-          Full driving license

-          No criminal convictions

The Package

• Basic salary circa €45k depending on experience – OTE of €75k
