THE COMPANY: Established since the 1980’s and with a sales turnover more than €12 million, this Irish company is enjoying some excellent growth, hence their current requirement for a new Internal Sales Manager in the Dublin area. They are one of Irelands largest electrical importers and distributors and boast some impressive globally known brands in their portfolio.
THE ROLE: The successful Internal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 4-6 internal sales executives as well as managing a portfolio of existing accounts. You will sell a range of electrical products, including power supply units, terminals, switchgear, surge protection, electrical meters and electrical tools, to name but a few categories. You will be dealing mainly with wholesalers and panel builders and to a lesser degree, M&E Contractors and end users directly. As part of the management team, you will be required to provide input at management meetings to improve processes and ultimately, the bottom line.
FOR THIS INTERNAL SALES MANAGER POSITION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
* Strong sales acumen
* Ideally, you have people management experience. You may have worked in branch management, office management or sales management
* If you have worked in field sales and have some electrical experience, but not management experience, but this role appeals to you, please apply
* An electrical background (Qualified Electrician / 3rd Level Electrical Degree) is highly desirable, but not essential

* Basic salary circa €40,000(flexible depending on experience)
