Customer Account Support Executive
Crossell recruitment are reruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a leading multinational company for a National Account Support Executive to join their business and be a a key member of the Sales team.
As National Account Support Executive you will be responsible for supporting the designated National Account Managers for 2 Multiple Accounts whilst working closely with all members of the Sales team and ensuring the flawless communication of all trade activity to the specified customer base, supporting the delivery of company and category objectives.
Duties:
The person will be managing both Dunnes & Tesco (Within the Top 3 Biggest Customers for the Company). The person will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role dealing directly with above Customers. Will have developed strong relationships with trade and be able to demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and also resolve issues in a timely manner. Competency and understanding of warehousing and distribution management will be required.
The individual will be passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about delivering results on time with 100% Accuracy. Good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills are essential. They should be highly organised, and able to work and prioritise under pressure. The individual will have demonstrated a strong teamwork ethic and will be capable of supporting their colleagues across a wide range of skill.
They will have excellent Customer Sales Administration experience, whilst demonstrating strong analytical, numeracy and presentation skills. The person will also have excellent communication and organisational skills whilst being proficient in IT.
Experience Required for Role
· 3 Yrs. Minimum experience working in a similar role
· Must have exposure to Dunnes & Tesco (in similar Role) & understand their Systems and how they operate
· Promotional Process Experience (managing the Promotional Submission process for each Account)
· First Hand Experience in dealing with Pricing – Ability to work out Customer Margins
· First Hand Experience with Forecasting & dealing with Supply Chain (both Internally & Externally)
