Our client, a luxury Hotel group, is looking for an Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing to join their Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in MICE & Luxury Leisure Sales in a 5* Hotel. Our client offers an excellent package and career growth for the successful candidate.

As Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing, your duties & responsibilities will include:

·         Identifying, targeting and converting International and Domestic MICE business and Luxury Leisure for the Hotel

·         Managing and retaining existing International MICE business

·         Generating new MICE and Luxury Leisure business from national and international markets including International Trade Shows

·         Developing and managing a successful sales team

·         Managing the Hotel’s budget building process

·         Achieving set out sales targets

The Successful Candidate:

·         You will have 5+ years’ experience in a proactive MICE Sales role in a 4*/5* Hotel

·         You will have previous experience in International Sales/ Trade Shows

·         You will have experience managing a sales team

·         You are highly organised and have excellent communication and presentation skills

·         You have excellent relationship building skills

·         You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
