Emerald Utility Solutions is looking for someone to assist with increasing leads for our Business Team Through cold calls and verifying contact information of leads. This position will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule.
Main Responsibilities:
Place outbound calls.
Record in CRM any contact information received.
Identification and development of new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
Identify the client's needs and carry out an accurate, detailed fact find with each client.
Develop, execute, and manage digital outreach across all channels.
Skills & Experience Required:
Must have at least 1 years telesales/customer service experience.
Native or fluent English applicants only.
Energetic, computer and business savvy individual.
Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)
You will be able to generate leads through a variety sources
Understand how to qualify a prospect.
Consistently deliver a high level of service, attaining customer confidence, satisfaction and loyalty.
Be willing to be trained and follow instructions.
Have a good work ethic
Package
Salary depends on experience. Competitive commision based package will be offered to the right candidate
