Job Description:

As an internal sales executive you will liaise and support the field based representatives working to help achieve common goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing professional, friendly and prompt service to existing customers.

Increasing customers awareness across our full product range.

Identify and validate possible new customers.

Answering enquiries from customers, sales representatives, warehouse and potential customers.

Maintenance of company customer database.

Processing and following up quotations.

Appointment making for Sales Representatives.

Ad hoc office duties.

Key Requirements:

You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or sales type environment.

Fluent English.

Computer literate

Positive attitude.

High degree of self-motivation.

Ability to think creatively in proposing customer solutions.

Outstanding organisation skills and ability to priorities work.

Strong commitment and be result oriented.

Excellent communication, computer and verbal skills.

Excellent time management.

Can work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

€24,000.

Monthly Commission (On Reaching Targets)
