This renowned Tech multinational requires a driven, inspiring Inside Sales Manager to join their rapidly expanding newly established EMEA Sales HQ here in Dublin. They are expecting the corporate sales division to grow exponentially over the next 12 months so this is a great time to join and be part of this success story.
You will be responsible for hiring and managing a multi-cultural team of inside sales representatives, covering the Western / Southern Europe territory, using your solid coaching and leadership skills to ensure your team deliver against business targets.
Ideal candidates must:
- Have min. 2 years experience managing an inside sales team - team leader / acting inside sales manager / inside sales manager
- Background in SaaS / Software / IT sales is a must
- Experience of selling through the channel / partner model is highly desirable
- Fluent in English
