THE COMPANY: With over thirty years of experience behind them, our client is a long-established organisation specialising within the foodservice and retail markets. They offer a vast range of products across several categories.
Offering a full range of quality products, they deliver a high level of service to their well-established client base.
Due to continual growth within the market, they are now looking to recruit managers in Dublin and the West of Ireland.
THE ROLE: The successful Area Managers will be responsible for managing a sales team within a designated territory. You will divide your time between managing and coaching the team, joint field calls to customers and ensuring all KPI’s and targets are achieved.
You will have strategic input and meet up the senior management team weekly. Coaching and developing your own team will play a large part of your role as will ensuring the team achieves their KPI’s and sales targets.
This is a fast paced, ever changing industry. You will be responsible for achieving targets within the foodservice division. You will sell a large and diverse portfolio of products to chefs, procurement, finance directors, GM’s and Food & beverage managers.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be a seasoned sales manager. Whilst food service experience is highly desirable, it is by no means essential. We are more concerned about your management experience and the culture fit.
You will be a strong leader who enjoys coaching and developing sales team. This organisation works with a sales matrix, the team have a number of KPI’s and targets to achieve, as such, you must have a proven track record of success within a similar structure.
You will be process driven and have be comfortable working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
As mentioned previously, your success will be measured against several targets which include, profit, margin, volume, sales revenue and growth.
We are looking for someone who possesses strong leadership skills coupled with solid business acumen.
* Basic Salary: €55,000 - €70,000
* Commission: €20,000 +++ Uncapped commission

LOCATION: We are looking to recruit two roles. One covering Greater Dublin and the second role covers West of Ireland which includes Galway and Mayo
