This renowned Tech multinational requires a driven, inspiring Inside Sales Manager to join their rapidly expanding newly established EMEA Sales HQ here in Dublin. You will be responsible for hiring and managing a multi-cultural team of inside sales representatives, covering the Western / Southern European territory, using your solid coaching and leadership skills to ensure your team deliver against business targets.

Ideal candidates must:

• Have min. 2 years experience managing an inside sales team
• Background in SaaS / Software / IT sales is a must
• Experience of selling through the channel / partner model is highly desirable
• Fluent in English and ONE of the following languages: French OR Italian OR Spanish
