Full Time - €35,000 basic salary OTE €60,000 + uncapped
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding company in the payments industry in business to business sales. The role of the Business Development Manager is to identify and secure new business within our key markets by contacting potential business customers to present our products and services with the necessary skills to win the business. You will be responsible for developing a sales plan to meet and exceed your sales targets. The right candidate should be ambitious, focused on delivering sales targets and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage your day to day sales planning and activity
- Develop sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound lead generation using phone, email, social networks, cold calling door to door, referrals and general networking
- Develop lead database and identify key decision makers
- Effective presentation of product proposition to meet customers needs
- Ownership of the sales cycle to ensure maximum value and high conversion rates
- Closing the sale and managing contract completion with customers
- Meeting your individual sales targets
- Reporting to management team of performance against KPI’s
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of delivering sales targets
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and CRM skills
- Full drivers licence and own car
