New management role with a leading Irish IT reseller, currently going through an exciting growth period. This is a great opportunity for an experienced internal sales manager to manage a team of 3-4, with a main focus on cross selling and upselling to existing clients.
THE ROLE: Based from our clients head office in south Dublin, the new Contracts and Renewals Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing an existing sales team, with the main focus being on upselling and cross selling to existing clients, in an aim to increase overall revenue from existing accounts, as well as new business opportunities in the market. This team will also be tasked with risk assessment and contract governance. This role will carry both an individual and team sales target, so time will be spend conducting sales activities to hit your individual target, as well as managing and coaching the sales team to hit theirs. You will be dealing with companies within the corporate and SME marketplace throughout Ireland and deal with key decision maker e.g. Managing Directors, company owners, IT managers and directors and Financial Controllers. You will be selling Managed IT Services, Cloud Computing, Data Infrastructure and Unified Communications. Our client partner with some of the world leading technology brands.
* Previous experience managing a sales team is essential
* Ideally, you will have experience within the IT sector
* You must be capable of selling to decision makers at various levels of the decision-making chain, within companies ranging in size from blue chip to SME
* You must have strong commercial acumen and be able to multi-task, with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
* You must be driven, ambitious and self-motivated

They employ in excess of 100 people and sell managed IT solutions, Cloud Computing solutions, Data infrastructure and unified communications into the irish marketplace, dealing with clients from both the blue chip and SME space.
THE PACKAGE FOR CONTRACTS AND RENEWALS SALES TEAM LEAD:
* Salary: €40,000 - €45,000
* Bonus: €20,000 - €25,000 OTE
