What the job entails
A world leader in innovative technologies, our client has a strong presence in the securities, fire safety and building automations industries. Due to recent expansion in their Irish operation, a new job has arisen in their sales team. Renowned for their supportive approach, our client provides all the technical training required for you to succeed in this job. They are looking for an ambitious individual who has proven track record of success in technical sales roles. This role offers a large amount of autonomy and would suit someone is driven and target focused.

This would suit someone who has a background in the security solutions, building automation, engineering, IT or any technical sales
Key aspects of the job
* To sell security solutions and systems to new and existing accounts via end users, consultants and contractors
* Deliver order intake, revenue and margin in line with agreed targets
* Consistently identify and develop new business opportunities
* Tracking of competitor activities, products, systems, market prices and developments
* Produce monthly reports that provide details of activities and developments; call plans, funnel, pipeline etc
* As necessary support team with coaching & mentoring to meet sales targets
* Accurate bid management developing logical solutions that meet customer objectives with competitive advantage
Person specification
* Highly motivated results driven, self-starter
* 5 + years’ experience of working with major clients
* Extensive knowledge of Security market
* Extensive knowledge of national standards
* Established negotiating skills
* Ability to communicate with people at all levels, in both technical and non-technical bas
Package
* Basic €55K - €60K
* Bonus – up to 30%
