At the moment we are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator, This role involves providing support and working directly with the Sales Manager, it involves developing, maintaining and growing our customer base.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key responsibilities include:
· To provide excellent support to Sales Manager and sales team, working closely with other departments charged with order fulfillment and customers queries
· To undertake sales administration and support activity
· To be a key point of communication in the sales cycle to include dealing with customer requests on behalf of the Sales Manager / Sales team
· Proactively working with other departments to get timely responses to meet customer needs
· To ensure that the customer experience is a good one when dealing with the sales function be that through direct interaction or by supporting outbound sales in their interaction with the customers
Qualifications and Skills
· Experience generating quotations and processing orders
· The ability to develop strong customer relationships
· Strong office administration skills including Microsoft excel and word
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong communication & customer service skills
· A team player
This role is office based.
