We are looking for a professional F&B Manager for one of Ireland’s best known Golf Clubs
Responsibilities:
Manage all F&B and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines
Maintain the highest standards throughout the club
Deal directly with the GM, maintain an open and honest relationship
Menu designing along with Head Chef
Purchasing and dealing directly with suppliers on a daily basis
Maintain excellent GP
Identify clients’ needs and strive to match these
Lead and motivate existing F&B staff
Establish KPI’’s, Schedules, rostering, policies and procedures
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Attend weekly meetings with GM regarding sales and productivity
Requirements:
Previous F&B Management experience
Working knowledge of various computer software programs
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Ability to delegate efficiently
Proven communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Guest – oriented and service minded
