The Role

• Develop new business.

• Identify and gain key construction, fit out and development opportunities.

• Take on the role as a QS/Snr Estimator for new business

• Achieve targets and Key performance Indicators.

• Initiate, develop and lead business development.

• Identify negotiation and tender opportunities.

• Strengthen the company brand.

• Co-ordinate pre-qualification, tender and bid submission.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

• Plan, prepare and deliver presentations.

• Responsibility for all budgetary decisions.

The Person

• 3rd level qualification

• A proven track record in the construction industry

• Previous experience as an Estimator/QS essential

• Strong business development experience.

• Can do attitude

• Understanding of key drivers and disciplines within a start-up business.

• 5 years’ experience working with a main contractor.
