I have an immediate requirement for a high achieving, personable Regional Sales Manager to join their commercial sales team. Their goal is to nurture, retain and grow key accounts and acquire new clients. This is a field based role, with only one day in the office.
This role will see you:
- Work off an existing client portfolio to identify new business opportunities across the Leinster region
- Proactively hunt and acquire new customers
- Organise daily client meetings,
- Ensure business is retained and grown through a proactive sales approach
- Develop and implement initiative / marketing strategies to generate account opportunities and to grow/retain existing accounts
Ideal candidates must have:
- Positive Proactive Attitude is key!
- Previous experience in a B2B field sales role within a corporate environment
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to form relationships at all levels
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and drive
- Coming from a FMCG; Telco or professional services background is highly desirable
- Full drivers licence
